The meeting was opened with the pledge of allegiance by Treasurer Gil Eigsberg.  Both the president and vice president were missing.  There were 13 members present.

Secretary Tom read the minutes of the December 12th meeting.  It was approved by Ron and seconded by Ernie.

Gil read the treasurer’s report.  There‘s about $4035 in the money market account.  Approved by Ernie, seconded by Evelyn S.  Ron motioned to give $50 to the school Post Prom activity.  Seconded by Ed W. and passed unanimously.

There was no old business.

New business:  Nancy motioned and volunteered to look into the possibility of an organization that would double a contribution given to non-profits such as the Food Shelf.  This was seconded by Ernie and passed.

Nancy also will arrange for entertainment for the next meeting.
